About the role

Girls Middle School Track Coach for the 2026-27 spring season at the Adel DeSoto Minburn Community School District. ADM competes in the highly competitive Raccoon River Conference and is a growing school district in central Iowa with excellent facilities, strong athletic programs, and tremendous community support. The coaching staff collaborates well and encourages student-athletes to participate in multiple sports and activities. The ideal candidate will continue to build on the current program's success.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Valid Iowa Coaching License
• Demonstrated aptitude for coaching track
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work well with staff, parents, and students
