Girls Swimming Head of Program

About the role

The Girls Swimming program at Colorado Academy is seeking a Head of Program to lead the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching and a passion for swimming.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for swimmers
• Manage team logistics including scheduling meets and practices
• Work closely with the Athletic Director and other coaches to ensure the success of the program
• Attend all home meets and travel to away meets as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of coaching experience
• Experience working with high school-aged athletes
• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for swimming and a commitment to the growth and development of young athletes
