About the role

The Girls Swim Coach - Assistant position at Princess Anne High School is an integral part of the school's athletic program. This role supports the principal/school administrator in overseeing swim activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and running swim practices and meets
• Provide support to the head coach in planning and executing training sessions
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all swim-related activities
• Communicate regularly with parents and students regarding swim team activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related field
• Experience coaching high school swimmers preferred
• Knowledge of swim rules and regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
