About the role

PACT Charter School is seeking a Girls Soccer Varsity Assistant Coach for the 2026/2027 school year. The position offers a pay for the season of $1000 and a 10-week duration (August 17th - October 23rd).

Responsibilities

• Support the head coach in planning and implementing practices and games.
• Work with the head coach to develop and implement training programs for players.
• Attend all home and away games and practices.
• Collaborate with the head coach to maintain a positive and inclusive team culture.

Requirements

• Previous coaching experience preferred.
• A strong commitment to the values of respect, citizenship, gratitude, compassion, integrity, cooperation, self-control, responsibility, and perseverance.
• Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience working with youth soccer players.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of soccer rules and regulations.
