• Implement strategic marketing campaigns via online listings, social media, and partnerships.
• Aid clients in creating competitive offers and navigate counteroffers.
• Aim for mutually beneficial agreements by mediating between buyers and sellers.
• Oversee the entire closing process, including inspections, appraisals, and necessary repairs.
• Ensure timely submission and accuracy of all contracts, disclosures, and legal documents.
• Provide regular updates on transaction progress; answer questions and address concerns promptly.
• Maintain strong relationships by prioritizing transparency and clarity.
• Guide clients through legal disclosures and ensure transactions meet all state and local regulations.
• Collaborate with attorneys, lenders, and other professionals to safeguard clients’ interests.
• Build partnerships with attorneys, lenders, and local organizations for referrals and resource sharing.
