Gifts and Data Processing Coordinator
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content.
Job description includes: Job Description paragraph (intro). Then "Responsibilities" list (bulleted). Then "Working knowledge..." etc maybe part of Requirements? Then "Education", "Work Experience", "Licenses and Certifications", "Travel Requirements". Then "Qualifications" list (skills). Then "About Us" paragraph.
We need to decide sections: About the role (intro paragraph). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (education, experience, licenses, travel). Qualifications (skills list). Benefits? The posting mentions benefits in About Us: "Mosaic has a wide array of benefits..." but not specific details. Should we include Benefits section? The rule: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. The About Us mentions benefits generally but not specific. It says "Mosaic has a wide array of benefits to meet each employee’s individual needs. Our benefits were designed by listening to people just like you. Mosaic also offers several perks..." This is somewhat generic but still mentions benefits. However it's not specific like health insurance, retirement etc. Might be considered filler? The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). Benefits description is somewhat vague but still mentions benefits exist. Could be considered substantive enough? Might be borderline. Safer to omit Benefits section if not specific. Similarly Pay and Schedule not present, omit.
Thus sections: About the role (intro paragraph). Responsibilities (ul). Requirements (maybe combine education, experience, licenses, travel into one Requirements section). Qualifications (skills list). About Us maybe could be "About the organization" but not in allowed headings. Allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No "About Us". Could we put About Us under About the role? Probably not. Could we omit About Us? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; cannot drop. However we could incorporate About Us content into About the role section? The About the role heading is for role description; we already have intro paragraph about role. Could we add another paragraph under About the role about the organization? Might be acceptable: About the role section could contain both role description and organization info. But the instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role heading and then include paragraphs about role and organization. That seems okay.
Thus structure:
About the role
About the role
Intro paragraph about Gift and Data Processing Coordinator responsibilities overview.
About Us paragraph describing Mosaic Life Care.
ThenResponsibilities
with ul list of responsibilities (the bullet points after "Responsibilities"). ThenRequirements
with ul list combining Education, Work Experience, Licenses and Certifications, Travel Requirements. ThenQualifications
with ul list of skills/qualities. We must not repeat job title as heading. Good. We need to preserve all substantive information: ensure we capture each bullet. Let's extract responsibilities list from text: Responsibilities (as listed): - Accurately record gifts using supporting documentation to determine donor intent to include all details, fund allocation, program coding and pledge schedules - Maintain, optimize and ensure the integrity of the CRM donor database system (Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT), including running reports, overseeing dashboards, conducting audit confirmations and supporting data quality initiatives - Prepare daily gift deposits and assist with reconciliation processes as needed - Import careGIVER voluntary payroll deductions into Raiser’s Edge - Produce quarterly fund balance memos, merging most current data and emailing individual reports to designated fund account representatives - Train staff on data entry policies, procedures, and protocols; update related documentation and training materials - Serve as a frontline resource for inquiries related to making gifts and coordinate with accounting/finance on fund setup and transfers - Investigate and resolve fund-related issues - Ensure all gift batches and pledge documentation are filed, complete, and easily retrievable - Support development staff with transaction processing, mailing lists and produce periodic fundraising reports - Generate gift receipts and acknowledgments and manage pledge reminders and outstanding pledges - Prepare end-of-year tax letters (through Raiser’s Edge) That's 12 bullets. Now Requirements: Education, Work Experience, Licenses and Certifications, Travel Requirements. Education: - Associate's Degree - business finance, healthcare administration, or related field - Required - Bachelor's Degree - business, finance, healthcare administration, or related field - Preferred Work Experience: - Relevant experience accepted in lieu of Associate's degree. - 2-5+ Years - in gift processing, healthcare philanthropy operations, finance, or data management - Required - Direct experience with a constituent relationship management (CRM) donor database system (e.g., Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT, Salesforce) - Required - Healthcare foundation experience - Preferred - Experience working cross-functionally with accounting/finance teams on gift posting and fund transfers - Preferred - Exposure to audit processes, compliance standards, and internal controls - Preferred Licenses and Certifications: (none listed? Actually heading but no content). The posting shows "Licenses and Certifications" then blank line then "Travel Requirements". So no specific licenses/certs. We should not create a subsection with empty content. We'll just omit Licenses and Certifications if no content. Travel Requirements: - If work requires in-person needs at Mosaic Medical Center – Maryville, Mosaic Medical Center – Albany, or for any offsite vendor relations. We can phrase as bullet. Thus Requirements ul includes education bullets, experience bullets, travel bullet. Now Qualifications (skills) list: - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in high-volume transactional environments - Strong data integrity mindset, including auditing, validation, and ongoing database hygiene - Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., sorting, filtering, pivot tables) and comfort working with large datasets - Ability to manage daily gift processing deadlines (e.g., deposits, receipting, batch entry) with consistency and timeliness - Strong organizational and workflow management skills in a deadline-driven environment - Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies across donor records, gift entries, and financial reports - Clear and professional communication skills to coordinate with development staff, accounting/finance, and clinical partners - High level of discretion and ability to manage sensitive donor and patient-related information - Process-driven with the ability to follow established procedures while identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement - Service-oriented mindset with responsiveness to stakeholders (e.g., development staff, accounting/finance, leadership) Now About Us paragraph: "Mosaic Life Care is a health care system in northwest Missouri. With a vision of transforming community health by being a life-care innovator, Mosaic places the holistic needs of patients first by providing the right care at the right time and place, offering high value and quality health care. Mosaic has a wide array of benefits to meet each employee’s individual needs. Our benefits were designed by listening to people just like you. Mosaic also offers several perks with a focus on ensuring our employees feel valued, including concierge services, employee lounge, wellness programs, free covered parking, free on-site and virtual health clinics and many more. When paired with compensation and recognition, it is what continues to make us the employer of choice for employees at any stage of their journey." We'll include that as a paragraph under About the role. Now construct HTML. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Thus:About the role
