Gift Shop Sales Associate

Job Description If you have an eye for design, interest in accessories and a desire to help customers, this position is an amazing opportunity for you. Gift Shop Sales Associates assist customers with the selection of gifts and accessories along with a number of other important and exciting responsibilities. Some of these include designing store displays and assisting with the selection of products for the store. The Century House offers a completely unique selection of Scandinavian and Modern gifts and accessories. Merchandise is sold at our store location in Madison, WI and through our website. Interest in Modern and/or Scandinavian accessories is a plus! Our Sales Associates are passionate about the products they work with and enjoy talking to our customers about new and exciting offerings. We are interested in candidates that have interest or experience in processing orders received through e-commerce websites. Also, applicants that have experience working with POS systems, shipping & handling, WordPress or photography should tell us about their specific experience in their cover letter. Retail or sales experience may be helpful but is not required.
