Overview
The Gift Shop Attendant is responsible for completing sales transactions, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Ringing up sales and providing correct change
- Maintaining a clean and orderly Gift Shop
- Assisting with monthly inventory counts
- Ensuring guest and visitor safety and security
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to read, speak clearly, and listen
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Basic reading and math skills
- Experience in a high-volume retail setting
- Soft goods, soft drinks, and snacks experience preferred
