Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Commitment to the mission and values of The Salvation Army.
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Services, Finance, or Accounting.
- Master’s in business preferred.
Special Skills, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- CAP, CFP and/or gift planning credential preferred with relevant work experience in planned gifts.
- Demonstrated record of cultivating and closing large gifts.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Project management or supervisory experience.
- Valid driver’s license that meets The Salvation Army insurance requirements.
- Strong affinity for the ministry of The Salvation Army.
Work Environment/Physical Demands
Routine driving/travel in all weather and visibility conditions as needed.
