About the role

Taco Bell is seeking a Gift Card Analyst to join the Payments/Gift Cards team. This role is responsible for analyzing Gift Card activation and redemption data, maintaining financial tracking, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
  • Maintain Gift Card financial tracking spreadsheet, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and transparency.
  • Monitor key metrics (activations, redemptions, liability, and breakage) to demonstrate overall program health and performance.
  • Collaborate with the Insights team to understand Gift Card user behavior and translate findings into recommendations.
  • Interface with reporting platforms such as CLX, Tableau, and IRIS to extract, consolidate, and validate data.
  • Develop clear, concise, and visually effective reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to ensure alignment, data accuracy, and successful execution of program initiatives.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and special projects related to Gift Card initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and overall program performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4+ years’ experience within an analytical role.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong communicator.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain clear, concise reporting.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools, including Power BI, Tableau, CLX, IRIS, and adaptability to new tools as the program evolves.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $88,500 to $104,000 annually, with bonus eligibility and benefits.
