About the role

The Big E is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our Admissions, Guest Services, and Vendor Services teams for the event from September 18-October 4, 2026. These roles are crucial in providing a welcoming, safe, and memorable experience for visitors.

Responsibilities

• Collect valid admission tickets
• Distribute and collect burlap riding sacks
• Ensure riders are seated properly before each ride
• Communicate ride safety instructions clearly
• Greet visitors with a friendly, customer-centered approach
• Answer general questions

Requirements

• Superior Customer Service Skills
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
• Ability to climb stairs regularly throughout shift
• Comfortable working in varied weather conditions
• Must pass a CORI background check
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age by September 1, 2026

Pay

All positions start at $15/hour.
