GI Hospitalist

About the Role

Tucson Medical Center is seeking a BE/BC Adult GI Hospitalist to join a well-established, collegial practice in sunny Tucson, Arizona. You'll work alongside two experienced GI physicians in a broad-based position that includes inpatient consults and procedure recommendations. The ability to perform advanced procedures is a plus, but not required.

New graduates are encouraged to apply and will have experienced colleagues to support their transition into practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient GI consults
• Recommend and assist with procedures as needed

Team & Support

• Collaborate with two experienced GI physician colleagues for mentorship and case discussion
• Work with four acute care nurse practitioners to support patient care and load balancing
• Collegial work environment with highly skilled support staff

Schedule

7 days on / 7 days off schedule option for outstanding work/life balance.
