About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, managing a caseload, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessments, interventions, and documentation
- Manage a caseload of patients, ensuring timely and appropriate care delivery
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Experience working in an acute care setting preferred
