The Key Responsibilities Of The Role

Oversees, manages and implements the global marketing strategy for Global Family Offices (GFO) in alignment with Wealth Management and GFO strategic goals.

Collaborates closely with the GFO executive team and the GFO sales leadership to provide marketing insights and strategies based upon results and new opportunities.

Directs marketing activities including sponsorships, events and strategic philanthropy programs. Ensures activities align with overall strategy and follow best practices.

Manages content strategy and communications for GFO, working across teams to develop materials and manage the development process. Involved in building a wide variety of materials including messaging, marketing collateral, event materials, social media content, presentations, email templates, FAQs and talking points.

Employs a digital-first mindset and oversees digital marketing activities for GFO including advertising, lead generation and event invitations with a focus on optimizing digital channels.

Affirms accountability for closely managing the GFO marketing budget and all KPI tracking and reporting across events, content, and lead generation programs.

Skills/Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of marketing experience, including financial services experience.
  • Experience working with Ultra High Net Worth Families or Family Offices is preferred.
  • Knowledge of business strategy development is necessary to provide long term planning and to manage the profitability/performance of a major business segment.
  • Ability to work closely with Leadership and direct marketing activities working across multiple teams.
  • Knowledge of financial industry products and services and marketing concepts, acquired through related work experience and formal education is required.
  • Analytical skills to oversee performance measurement, tracking and reporting and budget management.
  • Negotiation skills to facilitate strategic benefits with external partners/vendors when planning events and sponsorships.
  • Understand best practices and performance management for digital channels as well as purpose and function of the Martech stack.
  • Solid project management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Writing and editing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • A College degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required.
  • Could require up to 10% travel in the US.

Hybrid (working between office and remote locations)
