About the role
The GFD Program Director, Cybersecurity oversees the development and implementation of cybersecurity programs within the organization. This includes strategic planning, policy development, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement training programs for employees on cybersecurity best practices.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance overall security measures.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity management or a closely related field.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and CIS.
- Experience with incident response and threat intelligence.
- Understanding of data protection and privacy laws.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
