GET HOME WEEKLY - CDL A DRIVER

About the role

This role is responsible for managing a fleet of vehicles and ensuring all drivers are fully trained and certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of drivers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure all drivers are properly licensed and insured.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Plan and execute regular driver safety training sessions.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to vehicle operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in fleet management or similar role.
• Proven ability to manage and train a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of local and federal safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with fleet management software.

Pay

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
