About the role

This role is responsible for managing a fleet of vehicles and ensuring all drivers adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of drivers to ensure safe and efficient operation of the fleet.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs to prevent breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding transportation services.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience in logistics or transportation industry.
• Knowledge of fleet management software.
