Responsibilities
- Manage candidate outreach and scheduling
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews
- Prepare and send out job offers
- Handle administrative tasks related to hiring processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in recruitment or HR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of ATS software

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
