About the Role
This position involves guiding qualified women through the process of becoming gestational surrogates, ensuring they receive comprehensive support from screening to post-delivery.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial eligibility assessments based on age, BMI, prior pregnancy, and lifestyle factors.
- Review medical and pregnancy history, coordinate clinical screening, and facilitate matching with intended parents.
- Oversee legal review and contract signing, ensuring compliance with program requirements.
- Support surrogates through embryo transfer, pregnancy, delivery, and post-journey wrap-up.
Requirements
- Prior healthy pregnancy or live birth required.
- Age between 21-39 years, BMI under 32.
- Non-smoker with a stable lifestyle, able to complete screening processes.
- U.S. residency, subject to state and program review.
Pay
Surrogates can earn up to $120k+ with benefits covering medical screening, legal counsel, travel, childcare, lost wages, insurance, allowances, and milestones. Compensation varies based on individual circumstances and journey specifics.
