About the role
Seeking BE/BC Geriatric Physicians to join a growing medical group in an integrated health system.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized geriatric care across various settings including PACE programs, consultative services, skilled nursing facilities, and primary care models.
- Lead interdisciplinary teams, advise on care plans, and support patient independence and quality of life.
- Deliver evidence-based, community-focused care, provide consults, manage acute and chronic conditions, and oversee ongoing patient care in diverse environments.
Qualifications
- Board Eligibility or Certification from a recognized U.S. specialty board within five years of residency.
- Experience in geriatrics preferred.
