About the role
The Division of Geriatrics in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise in Geriatric Medicine, including clinical care and education, is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care, including hospital care on the Acute Care for Elderly (ACE) unit.
- Teach and train medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Fulfill the academic clinician track requirement of 100 credits per year of active and high-quality teaching.
Requirements
- M.D. or equivalent degree.
- ABIM or ABFM certification.
- Geriatric Medicine certification or eligibility.
