• IU Health Fishers Hospital – Fishers, IN: Newer, rapidly growing suburban campus, developing outpatient geriatrics services, opportunity to contribute to program growth and service design, designated Dementia Friends facility

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine
• Completion of an ACGME accredited Geriatrics Fellowship (required)
• Passion for caring for older adults and working in team based models
