Geriatric Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care to senior residents across various services including skilled nursing, rehab, assisted and independent living, memory care, and home health.
• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with healthcare standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes and support residents' dignity.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families within a supportive, values-driven environment.

Qualifications & Skills
