Geriatric Physician - Full-Time

Seeking a geriatric-focused physician for a full-time role at a high-end skilled nursing facility within a regional health system. Work involves providing care across skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and nursing home settings in a modern community. The role offers schedule flexibility with options for Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, or 4,10-hour days. Responsibilities include managing patients with complex chronic conditions and serving the senior population.
