About the Role
Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNAs) are essential members of a facility's medical team, keeping patients comfortable and ensuring their well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities, such as eating, dressing, and bathing.
- Prepare patients for surgery and other medical treatments.
- Clean rooms and change bed linens.
- Provide any care/assistance requested by geriatric nurses and physicians.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A valid GNA license in the state of Maryland.
