Due to continued growth across New England, they are seeking a Project Geotechnical Engineer / Project Manager to join their Boston team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level geotechnical engineer looking to step into greater project leadership responsibility while working alongside some of the industry's most respected technical professionals. What You'll Be DoingYou'll play a key role in the delivery of geotechnical projects while supporting clients, mentoring junior staff, and managing project execution.Perform geotechnical analysis, engineering design, and technical evaluations.Lead field investigations, subsurface exploration programs, and construction observation activities.Prepare and review geotechnical reports, recommendations, specifications, and construction documentation.Manage project budgets, schedules, invoices, and client communications.Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and schedule adherence.Mentor and support junior engineers and field staff.Participate in proposal preparation and contribute to business development initiatives. What You BringBachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Master's preferred). Professional Engineer (PE) license required. 6+ years of geotechnical engineering experience. Strong field experience involving geotechnical investigations, foundations, ground improvement, earthwork, and excavation support systems.Experience preparing technical reports, specifications, design documents, and geotechnical recommendations. Proven project management experience, including client interaction, budgets, schedules, and project delivery. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.A collaborative mindset with an interest in mentoring and supporting team growth.
