Responsibilities
- Supervise or monitor all projects in progress in the department to ensure work is executed on time and in accordance with client requirements and company policies.
- Supervise the preparation of proposals and cost estimates to clients to ensure proper scoping of services, availability of manpower, and pricing to achieve desired profitability.
- Schedule and manage the day-to-day operations of the department, including staff training, development, and performance reviews.
- Oversee the utilization of equipment and facilities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Plan and participate in business development activities to identify, develop, win, and execute project opportunities, and build and maintain client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 7+ years’ geotechnical consulting experience.
- Professional licensure in Engineering.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
Qualifications
Lead safety efforts for the team and ensure compliance with safety rules and guidelines. Promote pre-task planning for all projects.
Monitor and promote quality standards and practices on projects and proposals.
Provide consistent quality standards on project and proposal delivery.
