Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, validate, and manage geospatial data using GIS, remote sensing, and GPS tools
Design, build, maintain, and test geospatial databases and enterprise geodatabases
Perform spatial analysis and GIS processing using ArcGIS and related Esri products
Develop and maintain automated workflows and scripts using Python and SQL
Produce maps, web maps, and visualizations to support analysis and decision making
Integrate geospatial data with other datasets to generate actionable insights
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GIS users and systems
Support data automation, migration, and database development efforts
Cookbook processes, results, and customer interactions

Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in geography, GIS, geospatial engineering, computer science, or related field (master’s preferred)
Related Experience: 2+ years of professional experience using GIS technologies
Knowledge: Knowledge of Windows environments
Proficiency: Proficiency with Esri products (ArcGIS Desktop, Enterprise, and Online)
Experience: Experience with spatial analysis, GIS workflows, and database development
Working Knowledge: Working knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
Skills: Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
Ability: Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a team environment
