We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. We have job description: "The Opportunity Tetra Tech is looking for Engineering Interns and Entry-Level Engineers (EITs) who are interested in building their careers in water and wastewater engineering." That's about the role. Then sections: "As part of our Atlanta team..." etc. Could be responsibilities. We have "Why Tetra Tech", "Your Impact", "Position Summary", "Essential Functions", "Required Qualifications", "Preferred Qualifications", "Physical Requirements", "Work Environment / Environmental Factors", "Life at Tetra Tech", "The Perks Of Working At Tetra Tech Include", "About Tetra Tech", "Additional Information". We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (maybe combine The Opportunity and Position Summary). Responsibilities (Essential Functions). Requirements (Required Qualifications). Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications). Skills (maybe from Required/Preferred). Benefits (The Perks...). Pay (none). Schedule (none). So we omit Pay and Schedule. We must not include headings with filler. So only include sections with real content. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit details. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can group them under appropriate headings. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes EEO statement at end: "Tetra Tech is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer..." and VEVRAA etc. That's boilerplate; we should remove it. Also "Additional Information Organization: 200 IEW" maybe metadata; we can drop or fold into short p. Probably drop. We need to keep "Life at Tetra Tech" and "The Perks Of Working At Tetra Tech Include". Those are benefits. We need to keep "About Tetra Tech" description. We need to keep "Why Tetra Tech" and "Your Impact" maybe as part of About the role or separate? Could be part of About the role. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

About the role

... combine The Opportunity, Position Summary, Why Tetra Tech, Your Impact maybe.

But we must not lose details. Could split into multiple paragraphs. Better: Keep separate headings for each substantive section: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. But we need to avoid thin sections. However we have enough content. Let's decide: - About the role: include The Opportunity paragraph, Position Summary, Why Tetra Tech, Your Impact. - Responsibilities: Essential Functions list. - Requirements: Required Qualifications list. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications list. - Skills: maybe combine Required/Preferred skills like communication, teamwork, analytical, software knowledge, etc. But we already have those in Requirements and Qualifications. Could create Skills section summarizing technical skills: AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, GIS, hydraulic modeling, Microsoft Office, etc. But that might be duplicative. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine Requirements and Qualifications into one "Requirements" section? But they differentiate required vs preferred. Could still have one section with both. But we have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can use Requirements for required qualifications, Qualifications for preferred qualifications, Skills for technical skills (software, tools). Benefits for perks. Let's extract details. Maybe list technical skills: AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, GIS, hydraulic modeling software, Microsoft Office, general computer applications, engineering calculations, design development, preparation of drawings and specifications, technical research, data analysis, field investigations, construction support, etc. But many are already in responsibilities. Could combine but maybe we can skip Skills section to avoid thin. However we have heading list; we can omit if no specific content. The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide if we have specific content for Skills beyond what's in Requirements/Qualifications. The posting mentions "Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer applications." and "Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, GIS, hydraulic modeling software, or similar engineering tools." and "Experience preparing engineering drawings, calculations, reports, or technical documentation". Those are skills. Could create Skills section with those. But we already have them in Required and Preferred qualifications. Might be duplication but okay. We could decide to not include Skills section and instead put those under Requirements/Qualifications. That would be fewer sections. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So better to combine. Thus we will have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including required and preferred), Benefits. But
