About the role

The job involves: Arriving punctually at various job locations. Setting up and breaking down audio/video equipment. Recording high-quality audio and video during legal proceedings. Uploading media files and worksheets promptly. Providing technical assistance to our clients.

Requirements

  • CER and CET Certified from the American Association of Electronic Reporters (AAERT)
  • Availability: Must be available at least 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) from Monday to Friday.
  • Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable vehicle for traveling to different job locations daily (mileage outside of standard coverage area is reimbursed).
  • Home Workspace: Quiet home workspace to conduct business without interruptions.
  • Basic IT or A/V Experience: Some experience in IT or audio/video fields is preferred but not required.
