About the role
Lead a team of professionals in developing sustainable infrastructure solutions that enhance quality of life and protect the environment. Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainable infrastructure projects that meet environmental standards and client needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and execute projects that minimize ecological impact and promote biodiversity.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including government agencies, community groups, and private sector partners, to secure project approvals and support.
- Conduct regular environmental assessments and reporting to ensure ongoing compliance with environmental laws and policies.
- Train and mentor junior staff on sustainable engineering practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in sustainable infrastructure.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
