GEOINT Source Throughput Analyst, Senior
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GEOINT Source Throughput Analyst to join our team supporting NGA Washington. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) of GEOINT data, with a focus on real-time and activity-based collection. This role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment supporting national security priorities, managing large multi-source data, and collaborating across agencies to optimize intelligence collection and analysis.

Clearance Requirements: Top Secret/SCI with CI Poly
Responsibilities
- Manage tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) of GEOINT data, supporting real-time and activity-based collection efforts.
- Manage large multi-source data sets, assessing metrics related to model output confidence and reliability.
- Develop automated collection strategies and work with data scientists to derive insights from temporal and spatial data sets.
- Support multi-tasking operational environments across geographically separated locations within the program management framework.
- Collaborate with NGA, IC, DoD, and NRO stakeholders to develop and sustain mission relationships and support future architecture.
- Help synchronize mission requirements, prevent redundancies, resolve conflicts, and review priorities for traditional and non-traditional GEOINT sources.
- Ensure new or modified capabilities from national assets are effectively transitioned into operations and lead integration activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with TCPED of GEOINT data, including support to real-time collection.
- 5+ years of experience managing large multi-source data and working with data scientists.
- Knowledge of traditional and developing overhead sensors, automated collection strategies, and inferencing methodologies.
- Experience with multi-tasking in a program management environment across multiple client locations.
- Familiarity with NSG focus areas and collection management structures, including NSG/IC tools for GEOINT collection and visualization.
- Ability to develop and maintain mission relationships with NGA, IC, DoD, and NRO stakeholders.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- HS diploma or GED.
Desired Skills
- Experience translating intelligence workflows into training objectives and supporting training development.
- GPC-F Certification.
- Familiarity with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS).
- Experience with research and documentation of non-traditional NTM sensor capabilities.
- Operational experience with vector data.
Pay
Pay range: $115,000–$130,000 (annual). This pay range is based on qualifications and experience, and assumes all role requirements are met.
