About the role

The selected candidate will have programmatic, clinical, administrative, academic and research responsibilities in the program. The medical oncologist will collaborate with other faculty within the Division of Medical Oncology, and across Cedars-Sinai Cancer and the Cedars-Sinai Health System.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other faculty within the Division of Medical Oncology, and across Cedars-Sinai Cancer and the Cedars-Sinai Health System.
  • Participate in educational, research, community outreach and engagement activities that are in alignment with departmental/divisional and Cedars-Sinai Cancer priorities.

Requirements

  • Training and success in the practice of medical oncology with a clear focus on genitourinary malignancies in the management of kidney, bladder, and prostate cancers.
  • Expertise in GU cancer research as evidenced by a publication and/or funding record demonstrating expertise in any area of GU research.
  • A track record of, and dedication to, excellence in patient care.
  • A demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of colleagues, organizations and leaders.
  • Board eligibility/certification in Internal Medicine and in the subspecialty of Medical Oncology.
  • Eligibility for an unrestricted California medical license as Physician.
