About the role

Responsible for managing Genesys Workforce Management (WFM) and Dialer systems to optimize call center operations and improve customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain WFM and Dialer systems to meet operational needs.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in call center management or related field.
  • Experience with Genesys WFM and Dialer systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
