About the role
Responsible for managing Genesys Workforce Management (WFM) and Dialer systems to optimize call center operations and improve customer service.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain WFM and Dialer systems to meet operational needs.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in call center management or related field.
- Experience with Genesys WFM and Dialer systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
