Genesys Cloud CX Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions in Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Architecture.
• Develop roadmap for CCaaS transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Integrate Softphone API with Genesys CX.
• Work with Genesys SDK.
• Administer, configure, and implement Genesys Cloud CX, including contact center, telephony, routing, people and permissions, and outbound.
• Develop using Node.JS, REST, SOAP, and Genesys APIs.
• Create dashboards for monitoring queue activity, agent performance, and interactions.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Genesys systems, including routing-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Computer Science.
• Strong experience with Genesys Cloud CX administration, configuration, and implementation.
• Experience with Genesys APIs, Genesys Cloud CX, J2EE development, and API development.
• Experience with Node.JS, REST, and SOAP APIs.

Desired Skills

• Experience with Genesys on-prem and understanding of various Genesys components and composer development.
• Exposure to Java/J2EE development and API development/scripting integration.
• Genesys Cloud CX certification preferred.
