About the role

We are seeking an experienced Genesys Administrator to support the migration of 30+ physical branch locations to Genesys. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the business, demonstrate user administration, handle hard phone administration and configuration, conduct quality testing, facilitate user acceptance testing, manage releases and deployments, and provide post-release hyper care.

Requirements

  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of ACD (Automatic Call Distribution), omnichannel routing, web protocols, and REST APIs.
  • Strong experience with Genesys Cloud CX / Genesys Engage.
  • Knowledge of IVR and call flow design (Architect).
  • ACD routing and queue management.
  • Telephony (SIP, VoIP).
  • Experience in integrations (APIs, CRM systems).
  • Understanding of contact center operations.
