About the role

Our Customers… Many companies are partnering with Siemens to build their Comprehensive Digital Twin, the virtual representation that gives them the capability of linking design and virtual simulations, to physical engineering and manufacturing. These companies are in the Aerospace, Automotive, Consumer Products & Packaging, Electronics, Medical Device, and Semiconductor industries where this technology gives them a competitive advantage. These companies are selecting Siemens because we have a Comprehensive Digital Twin, available today – from concept through manufacturing into field maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Become a member of our Customer Outcome team as an Associate Consultant for our Genesis Program.
• Undergo 4 months of training that will provide you with the tools needed to contribute to customer projects.
• Begin working closely with customers to provide software solutions to help them realize their Comprehensive Digital Twin.
• Helping our customers blur the boundaries between industry domains by integrating the virtual and physical, hardware and software, design, and manufacturing worlds.

Requirements

• Graduated collage with a degree in engineering, manufacturing, computer science, etc.
• University graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Ability for travel and possible relocation.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Driven and self-motivated.
• Strong technical leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.

Skills

• Passion for the latest engineering and manufacturing software trends including Edge Computing, IoT, and cloud-based solutions.
• Ability to guide customers through complex digital transformations.
• Highly motivated individual.

Location

• Services Candidates will be required to reside in Mason, OH from June to October 2027 for their Genesis Training program.
• Services Candidates will require to be relocated in one of our key office locations for the first two years after graduating from the Genesis Training Program. Locations include: Mason, OH, Chicago, IL, Detroit, MI.
