About the role
The Curator serves as the face and voice of Genesis House, delivering a highly personalized, relationship-driven guest experience. This hands-on, client-facing role centers on storytelling, cultural engagement, and brand immersion, creating memorable interactions that reflect Genesis' commitment to luxury, design, and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Represent Genesis as a brand ambassador, delivering gracious, personalized guest experiences grounded in Son-nim hospitality.
- Guide guests through a curated journey across Genesis House, spanning automotive, cultural, and experiential touchpoints.
- Share the Genesis brand story, design philosophy, and product portfolio with confidence and authenticity.
- Tailor every interaction to each guest's needs to create meaningful, lasting impressions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with guests, owners, and VIP clients.
- Capture guest information and email addresses during on-site interactions to support personalized follow-up and deeper engagement.
- Contribute to KPIs tied to guest engagement, test drives, and lead generation.
- Facilitate test drives and product demonstrations that reflect seamless luxury and operational excellence.
- Support the execution of on-site events, activations, and programming.
- Keep the space guest-ready by upholding luxury presentation standards at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent, elevated guest experience.
- Share guest feedback to inform continuous improvement and innovation.
- Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and all Genesis House Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across guest-facing areas.
- Use the daily time clock accurately and consistently.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in hospitality, events, automotive, or guest experience environments.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license and comfort driving in NYC.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions
- On-site role at all times unless otherwise approved by the General Manager.
- Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the venue.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.
