What You’ll Do

• Install conduit, wiring, electrical panels, and circuits, including trenching and underground work
• Test newly-installed generators to ensure proper function and resolve issues on the spot
• Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth
• Pursue certifications if needed - we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves
• Own your route and represent Pioneer with professionalism

What You’ll Bring

• A valid tech ID with Generac (preferred)
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
• The willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged
