Generator Service Technician
About the role
We are seeking a Generator Service Technician to join our service department. This hands-on role involves diagnosing mechanical issues, performing maintenance on-site, assisting the shop team, and interacting with customers directly.
Responsibilities
- Assist the service department with generator maintenance and repairs
- Perform work outdoors in all weather conditions year-round
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support on-site repairs
- Aid around the shop as needed
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors
- Personal tools required for the role
- Experience with electrical, gas line, or generator systems is a plus
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license

Schedule
- 8–10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability may be required
Pay
Pay Range: $18.00 – $24.00/hour based on experience, with potential commission opportunities
