Generator Division Lead

The Opportunity

You will spearhead a high-growth expansion as the founding lead of our new Generator Division. This role offers a unique blend of technical design and leadership, allowing you to build a specialized department from the ground up while ensuring quality installation of generator systems. You will be the primary architect of working electrical systems that provide security and power for our residential and commercial clients.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Current Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in electrical installation.
• Advanced knowledge of current electrical codes, rules, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated ability to design working electrical systems from conceptual client needs.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive hands-on experience specifically in generator installation and maintenance.
• Prior experience in a leadership or division-head capacity within the electrical trade.
• Familiarity with electrical estimating software and project management tools.
