Generative Media Engineer, AI Social - US (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Own the render pipeline and related AI agent loops for media creation
• Ensure the visual quality of finished products meets high standards
• Collaborate with product and content strategy teams to set direction
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver features
• Experiment with new AI tools and creative prompts to enhance processes
• Develop templates that streamline media production instead of individual posts
• Support and mentor non-engineers in understanding technical aspects

Qualifications

• Proficient in TypeScript and Node.js with a track record of shipping production-level code
• Experience with LLM-driven systems including prompts and agent loops
• At least one completed piece of generative media that's publicly accessible
• A strong portfolio showcasing technical and design skills
• Bonus: Personal creative projects demonstrating active engagement in media creation
• Background in design or visual arts, whether formal or self-taught
• Ability to balance exploratory and polished work effectively
