Generative Chemistry Co-Op

We are seeking current Co-Op students to join a cutting-edge role at an innovative AI x Bio startup focused on molecular design for drug discovery. Responsibilities Include Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to build and deploy machine learning models.Curating and organizing diverse datasets from public and proprietary sources.Experimenting with novel techniques and datasets to advance molecular representation.Communicating findings effectively to multidisciplinary audiences. Qualifications And Skills Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or JAX.Willingness to deepen understanding of biology, physics, or chemistry relevant to the platform.Preferred experience with RDKit, BioPython, Rosetta, OpenMM, or similar tools.Background in CS, ML, Computational Chemistry/Biology, or related fields, with publications or projects preferred.Knowledge of generative models, NLP, graph neural networks, reinforcement learning, and software development practices.
