About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Solutions Developer to join our team. The role involves creating innovative AI solutions to enhance business processes and knowledge management, including developing abstract summary algorithms, chatbot-based tools, and code assistance systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with researchers, faculty, and IT professionals to identify AI enhancement opportunities.
• Develop generative AI algorithms for abstract summary analysis of contracts, proposals, or technical papers.
• Design and deploy chatbot-based knowledge management systems.
• Create AI-powered code assistance tools for developers.
• Assess and improve AI solutions based on feedback and emerging technologies.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of AI solutions.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing research infrastructure.
• Stay updated on AI, ML, and NLP advancements and incorporate findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years professional experience in AI solution development with emphasis on NLP, ML, and generative models.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or similar languages with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or NLTK.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
