Generative AI Engineer

About the role

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid). Employment Type: Contract. Contract Duration: 12 Months.

We are seeking an AI Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered automation. This role will focus on designing, developing, and implementing enterprise AI solutions. The position involves leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, and modern AI technologies to enhance productivity, automate business processes, and drive innovation.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years in software engineering, AI/ML, cloud engineering, or automation; including 2+ years with Generative AI, LLMs, or Microsoft Copilot; background delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions in complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and containers.
• Experience implementing AI solutions in highly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of AI security, model risk management, and governance frameworks.
