Generative AI Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to execute end-to-end projects. This role involves working with Large Language Models, agentic frameworks, and various development and evaluation tools. The ideal candidate will have strong Python expertise and experience in delivering solutions that comply with model governance and risk management guidelines.

• Execute end-to-end Generative AI projects using Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA) and agentic frameworks like LangGraph.
• Utilize LLM development frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Work with embedding models (e.g., all-MiniLM-L6-v2, nomic-ai) and evaluation frameworks like RAGAS, LangSmith, and Phoenix/Arize.
• Develop and maintain solutions using REST APIs, FastAPI, and WebSockets.
• Manage data with enterprise stores including Redis and MongoDB.
• Ensure all GenAI solutions are delivered in compliance with model governance guidelines.
• Author formal model documentation for risk management purposes.
• Design and implement model monitoring and performance controls.

Experience

2+ years of professional experience in executing end-to-end Generative AI projects.

Technical Skills

• Strong Python programming expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Model Risk Management and Model Governance.
• Frontend experience with Angular.
• Experience with distributed and big data technologies such as Slurm, Hadoop/Hive, Apache Spark, Kafka, and Neo4j.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques, classifiers, and statistical methods.
• An advanced degree or equivalent experience in data science, mathematics, or a quantitative discipline.
