Generative AI Architect

About the role

As a key member of the AI and Data Solutions department supporting the development of next-generation Document AI platforms, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of enterprise AI solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive initiative, and excellent communication abilities, which will enable you to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale enterprise-level Generative AI solutions for document classification, data extraction, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Lead the architecture of solutions ensuring compliance, performance, and auditability within a highly regulated environment.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines utilizing embeddings, vector databases, and rerankers.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to deploy AI models on GPU clusters, including vLLM and Triton.
• Create comprehensive architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and executive presentations to communicate solutions effectively.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software or solution architecture, with at least 3+ years focused on AI/ML or Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), embeddings, and vector search technologies (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Llama, Elastic Search).
• Proficiency in Python, including frameworks such as FastAPI and LangChain.
• Experience with GPU optimization, cloud-native deployment, and MLOps practices.
• Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
