Responsibilities
- Clear clogged sinks, toilets, and tubs using the Kinetic Water Ram and other tools.
- Operate on-call, 24-7 to address customer emergencies.
- Perform multiple service calls daily with efficiency and professionalism.
- Use specialized tools to handle stoppages in various plumbing systems, including drum traps, tight bends, and trailer home lines.
- Maintain high ethical and professional standards in all customer interactions.
Skills & Tools
- Experience with the Kinetic Water Ram® or similar compressed air drain-clearing tools.
- Ability to operate cable machines and other traditional plumbing tools.
- Knowledge of handling clogs in sinks, toilets, tubs, and roof vents.
- Proficiency in using flexible cones, caulking hoses, and tapered valves for sealing various pipe sizes (1-1/4″ to 4″).
- Familiarity with optional attachments such as toilet seals, carrying cases, and expansion plugs.
