About the role

Ufinity Ventures is sharing an opportunity for experienced Generalist Writers to contribute their writing and analytical expertise to a specialized AI quality and evaluation project.

In this role, selected professionals will review and evaluate written content and AI-generated responses to help improve the accuracy, reliability, coherence, and overall performance of next-generation AI systems.

This opportunity is particularly suited to professionals with strong backgrounds in professional writing, editing, proofreading, content review, or other writing-intensive roles who possess exceptional command of US English.

Scope of Work

  • Review and assess written content and AI-generated responses for accuracy, coherence, completeness, and overall quality.
  • Evaluate whether written outputs correctly follow detailed instructions, guidelines, and predefined evaluation criteria.
  • Deliver clear and actionable written feedback with a strong emphasis on precision, consistency, and objective assessment.
  • Identify discrepancies, ambiguities, factual issues, inconsistencies, and other areas requiring improvement within written responses.
  • Systematically document findings using the provided evaluation tools, guidelines, and reporting formats.
  • Apply evaluation criteria consistently while reviewing a high volume of written material.
  • Participate in an initial four-week project sprint, with the possibility of extension depending on performance and project requirements.
  • Maintain consistently high-quality output throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

  • Native US English speaker with exceptional command of grammar, syntax, tone, and written communication.
  • Demonstrated expertise in professional writing, editing, proofreading, content review, or another writing-intensive field.
  • Acute attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle issues, inconsistencies, and errors in written material.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong emphasis on clarity and precision.
  • Comfortable following detailed instructions and consistently applying defined evaluation criteria across a high volume of work.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to objectively assess information and provide concise, constructive feedback.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting quality and productivity expectations.
  • Strong time-management, documentation, and reporting capabilities.

Availability & Project Commitment

  • Candidates must be available to start immediately and able to commit a minimum of 20 hours per week.
  • The initial engagement is expected to run for approximately four weeks, with the possibility of extension based on individual performance and ongoing project requirements.
