About the role
Day Shift hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Pull inventory parts to complete sub-assemblies
- Use drawings, blueprints, and BOMs to complete tasks
- Perform manual tasks using basic hand tools, including electric and air tools
- Complete all required documentation on work performed, with timeliness and accuracy
- Follow established safety and quality procedures
- Maintain a clean work area practicing acceptable housekeeping standards
- Perform all tasks to ISO standards and requirements
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Work Environment
- Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle tools, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear
- Occasionally required to climb or balance
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required, including close vision
- Regularly works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to risk of electrical shock
- Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, and vibration
- Moderate noise level in the work environment
Requirements
- Some previous related experience, preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, preferred
- Basic math skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail is critical
- Proven ability to identify and work through problems and issues
- High school diploma or GED, preferred
- Ability to learn how to read blueprints and drawings
- Experience working in an ISO environment, a plus
- Must be able to work overtime, including weekend hours, as needed
